Have a good time this July 4th weekend - and a safe one! California, with its hot, dry summers has all kinds of regulations for Safe and Legal Fireworks in communities permitting them. Though I have been to Fireworks in other places (like Niagara Falls one year!) - in California I refrain from doing any or going to any.
