Co-hosting You're the Star Blog Hop Family Feature Week

I apologize for being MIA lately.  I’m dealing with a lot opting due to a blown lumbar disc in my back.  Since it is causing so much issue (one thing I cannot ride in a car and have sat down other than to go to the docs for almost a month) I am electing to have surgery.  When I do sit my entire leg, butt and hip becomes a giant muscle spasm.  Anyway  should be back to normal in a few weeks.

 I can't wait to see what everyone is busily working on this week but first an older post from my blog:
