Littlegreenshed

Lou Archell
"Littlegreenshed was established in 2011 by illustrator/photographer Lou Archell.

Lou's work is inspired by her love of nature. She started drawing when she was a girl, growing up in a rural village in Somerset. A free childhood, spent roaming fields, picking blackberries when hungry and riding horseback.

Her love of nature, geometric shapes and colour is evident in most of her work. She uses a mix of pen, watercolour, photography and digital illustration to create unique images.

Lou's on-line shop stocks prints, postcards, greetings cards and ceramic home wares - soon jewellery! Her work appeals to adults and children alike. Her work can be found in homes and shops worldwide.

Lou also writes a popular blog called Littlegreenshed where she shares her love of adventuring, inspirations and daily life. She lives in Bristol, UK with her partner Dan and her two young sons.

"Thank you for taking the time to visit our store. We appreciate that always!

This shop is a collaborative project between Ben and Kristy, brother and site, where we can sell our original artworks. The main creative mind behind many of the works here would be Ben and the marketing/networking genius would be Kristy. Although, we aren't
Iimited to our roles.

We are currently looking to establish our studio, complete with all kinds of mediums that we enjoy as well as photograhy. Eventually, we hope to be able to offer a line of merchandise with some of our best designs.

Keep checking our store for continuous updates and new works!" ~Kristy Vess

"I think both my husband and I were born with a love and appreciation for vintage and once bitten by that bug there is no cure. We both love history and all that preceded us. It has been an interesting journey and a never ending learning experience.

We are both retired now, children are grown and we love the treasure hunt we have found ourselves on.

Add to that my love of needlework and most hand made items, we have found this a perfect place to set up shop.

Welcome and have a look around our treasures.

"I am married to the love of my life and am Mom to a beautifully brilliant and hilarious 4yr old daughter. I am a coastal creature at heart but live as far away from the coast as possible. Maybe distance makes the heart grow fonder...

Working with brides-to-be and moms-to-be to incoorporate their style into a one-of-a kind design really fuels my creativity. Being a small part of these huge moments in peoples' lives is so rewarding.

My work has been featured on the Disney Wedding Blog (http://www.disneyweddingblog.com/)" ~Deidre Pedersen

Pacific Postcards Team
If you are interested on becoming a member of the Pacific Postcards Team please go to this link http://www.etsy.com/teams/9158/pacific-postcards-team?ref=pr_teams and click "Apply."

We have 2 different memberships: one is a general membership, for those who love postcards and collecting postcards and the other is designed for shops with at least 25% of their
items listed are postcards.
**********************************************************************************
We have expanded our Pacific Postcards Team past the confines of Etsy. You can now join in the fun even if you don't have an Etys account by joining the Pacific Postcards Team on G+ . Another great way to share our passion for postcards. I have not built a button for this yet so here is the link to our new community. If you know anyone that is in love with postcards and ephemera please pass this link onto them. Go to http://ow.ly/lcfLt

The only difference in the memberships is that the latter will be included in shop
interviews, BNRs and postcard related activities. We also plan on having activities for
the general memberships. Hope to see you there soon.
**********************************************************************************
Please remember that we have our very own Postcard Forum for any questions about specific postcards, collecting, creating, basically anything and everything about postcards. Finally found a rare card for your collection? Use the forum to show off that new found treasure.
