Originally from Maine, I now live in the beautiful Hudson River Valley in New York State. My passion for art and photography led to a successful career as not only a fine art photographer, but also as a portrait and event shooter. I am happy viewing the world through my lens finder whether it be a beautiful Venetian Canal, a romantic moment between a new bride and her groom, or the soulful eyes of a rescued horse.
I began roaming through Europe in the early 90's searching for magical moments to capture with my beloved Hasselblad camera. These images have great meaning for me; memories and experiences forever encapsulated on film. I believe they are a doorway into my philosophy on life and the world in which we all live.
Many of my prints are part of photo collections in corporations as well as Save Venice, Inc. I was thrilled when my work was reviewed by the New York Times.
I recently became involved in Horse Rescue Sanctuaries and there is a new section dedicated to this cause. I am working on a project to bring more awareness to this issue. All print sales from the Horse section will have 30% of the proceeds going to the sanctuaries.
