New Members Of The Pacific Postcards Team - Series 41

A quick note before we get moving with our Meet and Greet.
There is an opportunity for you to link up an item or your blog post that you find inspiring throughout last week. The thought behind my post Sunday was to create something inspiring to get us going for this week. So please stop by and post and/or comment:

Zabby Allen
"I am a freelance book artist and designer from London, UK and a recent graduate of BA Book Arts & Design at University of the Arts London. I specialise in creating functional or decorative objects from my collection of vintage ephemera and fabric.

I am happy to take on custom orders (for example a hand-painted vintage postcard of your home town or a coptic bound notebook made from a personal birthday card), please message me to discuss!

"History enthusiast and antique lover. If it's unique and pretty it catches my eye. I have a special fondness for old photos and paper. I want my shop to offer a little something for everyone. I sell antique and vintage items along with a few handcrafted, recycled primitive pieces. I am not just a seller on Esty, I love to browse and buy as well. So, if you have a shop and would like to trade treasures, convo me. Offers are welcome on any of my listings. I ship daily Monday - Friday so you can expect your items in a timely manner. International buyers are more than welcome. Please e-mail me for a shipping quote.
Happy Shopping!" ~Julie

Horse Photography and Fine Art Prints

Stephanie Violette
"Hello -- Thank you for visiting my Shop

Stephanie Violette Photography

Originally from Maine, I now live in the beautiful Hudson River Valley in New York State. My passion for art and photography led to a successful career as not only a fine art photographer, but also as a portrait and event shooter. I am happy viewing the world through my lens finder whether it be a beautiful Venetian Canal, a romantic moment between a new bride and her groom, or the soulful eyes of a rescued horse.

I began roaming through Europe in the early 90's searching for magical moments to capture with my beloved Hasselblad camera. These images have great meaning for me; memories and experiences forever encapsulated on film. I believe they are a doorway into my philosophy on life and the world in which we all live.

Many of my prints are part of photo collections in corporations as well as Save Venice, Inc. I was thrilled when my work was reviewed by the New York Times.

I recently became involved in Horse Rescue Sanctuaries and there is a new section dedicated to this cause. I am working on a project to bring more awareness to this issue. All print sales from the Horse section will have 30% of the proceeds going to the sanctuaries.

Earlston Antiques
Mike Dunkle
"Hi. I love to collect about anything, milk bottles, pop bottles, Tootsie toy cars and trucks, local postcards, Christmas postcards, Coney Island postcards, old clocks and about anything that's unusual.
I enjoy searching antique shops, flea markets, junk shops and yard sales for the junk that I like to collect.
I also enjoy spending time with my wife and children doing things like cheering on the Altoona Curve baseball team, camping, going to the beach or just watching TV.
I sell on an internet auction site currently and found out about Etsy and decided to give it a try.

Check out my shop and don't be afraid to throw an offer at me on something you like." ~Mike Dunkle
Glass Soap Dispensers, Vintage Photos and Vintage Finds
"We are a mother and daughter team who live in Washington state. All items in our shop are found or dug up here in the Pacific Northwest. We love history and researching. We use that research to find old areas and search for unique items that were left behind. We hope you love our items as much as we love finding them. "

********************************************************************************** We have expanded our Pacific Postcards Team past the confines of Etsy. You can now join in the fun even if you don't have an Etsy account by joining the Pacific Postcards Team on G+ . Another great way to share our passion for postcards. I have not built a button for this yet so here is the link to our new community. If you know anyone that is in love with postcards and ephemera please pass this link onto them. Go to

The only difference in the memberships is that the latter will be included in shop
interviews, BNRs and postcard related activities. We also plan on having activities for
the general memberships. Hope to see you there soon.
Please remember that we have our very own Postcard Forum for any questions about specific postcards, collecting, creating, basically anything and everything about postcards. Finally found a rare card for your collection? Use the forum to show off that new found treasure.
