Members Of The Pacific Postcards Team - Series 84

Welcome to the Pacific Postcards Team Meet and Greet.  We have a great team that had start simply as an Etsy Team but has branched out into Artfire, G+FacebookTwitter and Pinterest.  We would love for you to join are team and help promote New Artistically designed or reproduced postcards, collecting vintage and antique postcards, creating digital art, and anything to do with ephemera and vintage imagery.

First I would like to introduce myself, Colleen (Captain) and Frances (Leader) of the team:

"First a brief little introduction: I grew up a Midwest farm girl from Wisconsin but through a series of moments of self discovery I have since moved to California and live the city life in the Palm Springs area.  I live in a lovely contemporary home where my husband and I have designed a small but very beautiful Japanese Garden.

Unfortunately, though, the contemporary look does not blend with my passion for vintage and antique Victorian froufrou.  So I have created for myself a virtual world with my shops.  I welcome you to my attic filled with all the treasures found and creations made especially for you..." ~Colleen Cornelius

"I create mixed media, collage, folk art, religious icons, jewelry with a twist, paintings & digital art. Frida Kahlo has long been my muse and some of my art is inspired by her colorful life and paintings. I also enjoy dressing up in costume for any occasion but especially for Day of the Dead, Dia de los Muertos celebrations and of course as Frida.

Hunting for treasures at flea markets, thrift stores and antique shops is also a favorite past time and I often incorporate these objects into my art..." ~Frances Perea

"My name is Leigh. It rhymes with twee, which is where I got the name for my wee craft company. I also love twee/indie pop music and adorable stuff in general. I live in Chicago with my boo Zachary, our corgi terrier mutt Tilda, and our African Pygmy Hedgehogs Katniss, Art3mis, and Codex. Our other hedgies Hoggle and Hermione passed away, but they will never be forgotten.

I've made things and doodled since I was a wee one, but when I bought a Print Gocco in August 2005, creative madness took hold of me and Rhymes with Twee was born. I have sold at a variety of indie craft shows including Renegade Craft Fair (Chicago, IL), Handmade Market (Pittsburgh, PA), Coterie (Chicago, IL), Crafty Bastards (Washington, DC), and Detroit Urban Craft Fair (Detroit, MI). I have also set up a couple craft fairs of my own. I love Etsy, but I selling face to face is the best. Please say hello if you see me at a show!" ~Leigh

"I have sold vintage postcards and other vintage items on ebay for 20 years but I am loving Etsy even more!

I live in Atlantic City with my husband and I love to travel to my home state, Louisiana, often to visit my family and friends.

If you are interested in a variety of vintage items, this is the place for you!

My feedback on ebay has stayed at 100% for years so, from that, hopefully you can tell that I am reliable, honest, ship fast and safely, and treat my customers the way I want to be treated.

I appreciate your business and want you to be happy with any purchase you make! If you are ever unhappy with any purchase please contact me. Your satisfaction is guaranteed." ~Glenda

"Who says too much stuff has to be a bad thing? I love finding unique one of a kind goodies hidden in the shops and corners of old cobweb filled buildings. We always look at something to see new ways to re use old, interesting items to have less impact on our planet.

We love all things industrial and steampunk related antiques. It is such a warm feeling to go into an old abandoned factory of long ago and rescue those pieces of the past that make our country so great. It's somewhat heartbreaking to see what once was replaced by our current methods of mass producing items. If these items could talk, oh the stories they would tell!

We will gladly stand in line at an estate sale or wait all night at the auction to bring home that treasure or one of a kind find! Our physical store in Sterling MA is always packed with all kinds of treasures and one of a kind pieces.

We are happy to ship international... Please email for a quote:)

We believe in doing the right thing and our customers are #1 to us:) so evey item is checked to insure it is exactly as described, though we understand you can't please everyone or make everyone happy, we truly strive to do our best in whatever form to make sure our customers are happy to the best of our capabilities. We are only human so if a mistake was made just let us know and we will gladly fix it!" ~ Heather
