Hard to believe Christmas is almost here!  I can't wait to see what everyone will be doing to celebrate their holidays!  Every year I try to incorporate more of my German traditions into our own celebrations.  Whether it is to reproduce out beloved family Nativity Scene, Bake Stollen (vegan version) or to light the advent candles each Sunday leading up to Christmas, I find myself feelin more connected to my roots.
