Pastel Easter Jelly

Easter Jello3 or 4 boxes jello (you pick colours)
2 packets Knox gelatine
1 tin sweetened condensed milk

For each layer:
1 packet jello
1/2 package of Knox gelatin.
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup milky mixture (that you make in a minute)...
