"Originally from Ohio, my family and I relocated to Idaho in the summer of 2010. Because of relocating, I had to leave behind a beloved job working with youth who got involved with drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and truancy. While in the proces of getting settled in a new place, I became involved with Swap-bot and Postcrossing. Having always adored all things postal (that does not include bills) I began making postcards out of cereal boxes and scrapbook materials. Not having much of a budget to buy craft supplies (3 kids = no craft budget), I began looking around at found items and garage sale finds. It became a game to see what I could do with what I have. Now I find that I just adore crafting postcards and hope to add to the collections of others as I add to my own collection.

I am also an avid book fan. Love to read 'em. Collect 'em. And now venturing into the world of making them and/or making things from them. My newest regular employment is at our little town's library. One of my responsibilities at Star Library is to collect materials that are donated to the Friends of the Library and to curate an ongoing book sale to raise money for the children's programs. There are always books coming in that are damaged and others that have sat around waiting to be purchased that never will be. I am the Island for unwanted books. They are being refurbished into works of art for all to enjoy. Hopefully soon, there will be some of those "friends" who end up here in Etsy! " ~Bonnie

"Welcome to Family Tree Antiques & Collectibles, featuring researched photographs and ancestral objects. My dedication to genealogy research will soon be available in my shop for purchase. Sample research is already visible in many of the Identified photos and objects.

As an avid genealogist, I feel the need to return identified photos to descendants. My very fist Etsy sale was one such case, and I hope the tradition continues. I will of course have many unidentified photos and items from auctions as well that I will sell and post in unidentified categories.

As a constant student I am always looking for something new to learn my recent endeavors have included Appalachian studies, A study of Appalachian music migration from Eastern Kentucky to Dayton, Ohio, Increasing my stringed instrument skills, Singing in a professional choir, permaculture and sustainable food production, 19th century farming skills and many more. Of course I am also doing some sort of Genealogy research every day.

Thank you for your interest in myself and Family Tree Antiques, please contact me with any questions, comments or feedback.

"Welcome to LA French Photography... Every item is captured and handcrafted by me, Lisa, here at La French Studio.

Some small marks in my hand-stamping (such as the backs of the postcards), adds character to the handmade product and some are intentional. Any minor imperfections you may notice make unique handmade items.

Items colors can vary from screen to screen." ~Lisa Ann French

"Hello, welcome to my shop!

I'm Monique, living in the Netherlands in a small village.
In primaryschool I got one stamp, when I finished a test\assignment with good results. When I had 10 stamps, I got a beautifull card. Today these cards are vintage and now I'm selling them and others which I find on fleamarkets and other locations.

Enjoy those great cards and my other vintage treasures.
Please contact me if you have any questions!"~Monique
