Who doesn't love a giveaway?  I know I do especially winning them.  But I have mixed emotions on having them.  When I have joined in others and hosted my own I have mixed feelings about how well they really promote the shops, blogs etc.  So I would love it if you would share your experiences and advice in the comments.
