Sneak Peak - Merry Christmas Eve!

My favorite Christmas movie of all times was the magical Miracle on 34th Street; even as a child I have loved old black and white movies.  The original Miracle on 34th Street is my first glimpse of the festive and traditional Macy's Thanksgiving Parade.  Ever since then I have watched the parade on television and have dreamed of sitting on the balcony looking down on the route just like Susan.

I know that Macy's parade and windows are ultimately a great marketing tool, but what store has given so much joy back to their public?  Sometimes it is just the beauty and wonder of a Macy's window or a black and white movie that will stimulate the dreams of a little girl to want to travel and see more.

Woven into my dreams are the images from this great movie pushing me to look for my own Miracle on 34th Street and maybe I found it.   Stay tuned next week to see more great images from my Christmas adventure;)
Blessings and a very Merry Christmas Eve
