Wait A Minute Mister Postman Postcard Party 32

Another National Postcard Week is over and just like any holiday I am already looking forward to next year's.  I love celebrating the passion for our hobby and what an awesome way to really show what collecting postcards is all about.  I think about how special the postcards that I sell must have been to those that protected and carefully preserved them.  During the 19th and 20th century there was no TV, no electronics at all; photographs were challenging and expensive, and travel was mostly for the well-to-do.  Imagine how precious those postcards of far off places must have been to those with the adventuresome spirit but little cash to actually travel.

Here are a few of those cards that I received this National Postcard Week (NPCW)  and one is from our featured post of the week :)
