Members Of The Pacific Postcards Team - Series 95

Welcome to the Pacific Postcards Team Meet and Greet.  We have a great team that had start simply as an Etsy Team but has branched out into  G+FacebookTwitter and Pinterest.  We would love for you to join are team and help promote New Artistically designed or reproduced postcards, collecting vintage and antique postcards, creating digital art, and anything to do with ephemera and vintage imagery.

First I would like to introduce myself, Colleen (Captain) and Frances (Leader) of the team:
https://www.etsy.com/shop/postcardsintheattic

"First a brief little introduction: I grew up a Midwest farm girl from Wisconsin but through a series of moments of self discovery I have since moved to California and live the city life in the Palm Springs area.  I live in a lovely contemporary home where my husband and I have designed a small but very beautiful Japanese Garden.

Unfortunately, though, the contemporary look does not blend with my passion for vintage and antique Victorian froufrou.  So I have created for myself a virtual world with my shops.  I welcome you to my attic filled with all the treasures found and creations made especially for you..." ~Colleen Cornelius

"I create mixed media, collage, folk art, religious icons, jewelry with a twist, paintings & digital art. Frida Kahlo has long been my muse and some of my art is inspired by her colorful life and paintings. I also enjoy dressing up in costume for any occasion but especially for Day of the Dead, Dia de los Muertos celebrations and of course as Frida.

Hunting for treasures at flea markets, thrift stores and antique shops is also a favorite past time and I often incorporate these objects into my art..." ~Frances Perea

I love creating with just about anything....I find "treasures" everywhere. I spend time working on my jewelry, taking care of my dogs....3 Miniature Dachshunds- Rudy, Samson "Sammy", Cheyenne "Shy girl", and our most recent addition to the family a full-blood German Shepard, Dixie. I am an ardent lover of animals and despise any form of animal cruelty.

I DO believe in doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.....There can be some "nasty" people out there, I try not to be one of them and had rather not deal with them.

I make all of my pieces myself, work alone, and do my best to make my customers happy. I strive to create quality pieces that will last a long time. Because I am just one, "Special Orders" are sometimes possible, but unfortunately my time is usually stretched to the limit.

The best thing I can recommend also, is if you see a piece you really like, try to take it when it is available, many, many of the pieces are OOAK and cannot be duplicated. The cameos I can, but then it is the matter of time and a good percentage of running the shop is like secretarial and shipping.

I DO APPRECIATE your "LIKES" and VISITING my items!!

All the best" ~Miss-art

Postcard Book sculpture Alice in wonderland n-1
Postcard Book sculpture Alice in wonderland n-1

"Bonjour,

Alors n'hésitez pas à me contacter !

Vintage Charleston South Carolina Postcards - 1940s

"I'm a landscape architect, artist, and avid collector who is getting ready to downsize. My tastes and collections are eclectic, leaning heavily toward Mid-Century Modern and 1960s and 1970s. I will be adding new items continuously.

All my items are vintage and I try to represent them accurately with photos and a description. Unless an item is described as "Mint" or "New - Never Used", you can expect some wear. If there is any major damage, I will mention it in the description. If you need additional images, please contact me.

I estimate my shipping costs and they also include handling (careful wrapping, etc.) I am trying to ship everything USPS Priority Mail because you can't use USPS First Class for anything over 13 ounces.

Why buy a set of glasses at IKEA or Target when you can have something vintage. I think of buying vintage as the ultimate form of recycling.

Thanks for stopping by!" ~Out Of Town Vintage
